Kids and Teen Aerial Silks Classes in Kihei, Maui. Starting October 2nd, we will begin a new 5-week Aerial Silks Series for Kids and Teens at Little Monk Seal Montessori.
Wednesdays
2 PM ages 6-10;
3 PM ages 11-15.
5- week series Oct. 2nd, 16th, 23rd, 30th, Nov. 6. (Fall break Oct. 9th-optional drop in class)
Series $120 or $25 drop ins

Become a Certified Aerial Yoga Teacher! Uplift Maui is offering a Level 1 Teacher Training March 29th- April 2nd 2019. Learn the Fundamentals of being an Aerial Yoga Instructor, Safety, Spotting, Cueing, creating a Beginner Flow, and Beginner Poses with modifications and variations.
25- Hour Training. Pre-requisite: 200 hr yoga teacher training to obtain an aerial yoga teacher certification; also open to those who just wish to deepen their practice or become more knowledgeable as a student.

Join Uplift Maui and Shanti Sound Healing as they take you on an incredible journey to open the heart chakra.
Partake in ceremonial drinking of cacao with setting of an intention and let the plant medicine’s energy elevate your heart and bring inspiration to you as you float and fly through aerial yoga poses, while accompanied with a live sacred sound bath aligned with the heart chakra’s vibration.
Dre of Uplift Maui will guide you through heart- opening asanas in the aerial yoga hammock, while Shanti will share the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowl‘s, crystal bowls, water gong, native drums, rattles, and more! The evening will conclude with a meditation in the hammock, cocooned and serenaded by a very relaxing sound bath to release negative energy that will continue to help open the hear chakra and restore deep relaxation.
Our very first Floating Sound Bath, featuring Shanti Sound Healing will be Tuesday March 27th at 6:30 PM. Cocoon yourself in one of our hammocks while immersing yourself with the healing powers of sound and vibration. Sure to be an amazing and transcendental experience.

We are SO excited that we are now offering Kids and Teen Aerial Silks Series classes!! We kicked off the start of the series on Valentine’s Day 2018- what better day to fill our hearts with love for the keiki! Kids and Teen classes are held at Makena Crossfit Gym (not at the Hotel Wailea). All levels welcome! Must be enrolled in the series- sorry no drop-ins at this time.
Classes are held for 5 Weeks on Wednesdays
1:45-2:40 PM for ages 7-11
2:45 PM -3:40 PM for ages 12 and up
